Is a social pedagogist, Master of Peace Studies, hypnosystemic coach. She works as a Senior-Projectmanager in the Civil Peace Service of Deutsche Gesellschaft  für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). She has been working in and on Guatemala since 2003 in different capacities. Among others, she worked for four years with civil society organizations in Guatemala in the field of dealing with the past.  How to connect Human Rights and Conflict transformation especially in the context of dealing with the past processes is one of her main interests.
