Lorraine is a youth inclusion practitioner leading the United Network of Young Peacebuilders, a global network of 130 youth-led local organisations building peace in over 65 countries.
She has 7 years of experience supporting organisational development of civil society.
Lorraine is passionate about local peacebuilding and transitional justice.
As UNOY's co-director, she focuses on strategic and financial development, organisational development and change management, resourcing and partnership building. She has led the development of UNOY’s new strategic plan that will guide the network for the next 5 years (see here). Previously she worked for the Humanitarian Law Center in Kosovo as programme manager. She has led the opening of a documentation center on war crimes and the inclusive memory of the Kosovo conflict (see here).
Loraine has a background in international law and international relations, and graduated from Kings College London and La Sorbonne, Paris.
