Elizabeth Mesok is an Associated Researcher in the Swiss Platform for Peacebuilding KOFF and in the Policy & Platform Program at swisspeace.

She holds a Ph.D. in American Studies and an M.A. in Politics from New York University.

She was a Visiting Assistant Professor at New York University and a Lecturer at Harvard University, where she also held a postdoctoral fellowship in Global American Studies. Her publications can be found in the journals Feminist Studies and Radical History Review, as well as the edited volume Sexual Violence Against Men in Global Politics.
