Andrés Home is team leader on behalf of the advisory consortium Como-Berghof and coordinates the component “Territorial Peacebuilding” for the GIZ Programme to Support Peacebuilding in Colombia (ProPaz). He has been working in the international development cooperation, public and private sector as advisor for over a decade. His main focuses are multi-stakeholder dialogues and conflict transformation. In the context of the current peace process between The Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) and the Colombian government, he advises national and regional partners on the implementation of peacebuilding policies at local level. Andres holds a Masters Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Magdeburg (Germany) and is based in Bogota (Colombia).
